Shipping & Returns

UK Orders

Postage is £3.50 for UK orders and FREE for orders with a total of £65.00 and over (not in conjunction with other discounts). Each item of jewellery is handmade to order and shipping times are typically 3-5 days or 2-4weeks. Please see the products description for shipping times. International delivery can be up to 10 days from the shipping time, depending on the location. We will notify you via email or SMS when your order is shipped.

 

 International Orders

If you are placing an order to be sent outside of the UK, you will be charged the International Shipping rate of £10. Orders sent to Western Europe usually arrive within 7-14working days, Eastern Europe 7-14 working days and the rest of the world 7-21 working days, following the shipping times.

Covid-19

Please note, our stringent hygiene and safety measures conducted before delivery may cause delays. Royal Mail and other couriers we may use are running a slower service due to Covid-19. Please bare with us whilst we work hard to get your order delivered quickly. Cartico London cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery that may occur due to postal delays in other countries or forces beyond our control. 


Exchanges & Returns 

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. If you are not happy you can return your purchase within 60 calendar days of receipt. *This does not include earrings, made to measure or custom made items. Please notify us at info@carticolondon.com to tell us the reason for your return and send the item to:

Cartico London, International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1 2BN. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.

Please include your full name, email and postal address within your return and remember to pay the correct postage costs. Any returns sent with the incorrect postage will not reach us and therefore your refund will not be completed.

*Returns are not accepted for custom-made jewels. Due to hygiene reasons our earrings are also non-refundable.
