Orders sent to Western Europe usually arrive within 7-14working days, Eastern Europe 7-14 working days and the rest of the world 7-21 working days. There maybe delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are still despatching orders. However please note that due to the COVID19 pandemic we may experience slight delays with deliveries. You will be sent a tracking number by email to track your order. We send orders via Hermes but may use other couriers (of which you will be informed about.

Exchanges & Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know. If you are not happy you can return your purchase within 60 calendar days of receipt. *This does not include earrings, made to measure or custom made items. Please notify us at email@example.com to tell us the reason for your return and send the item to:
Cartico London, International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1 2BN. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Please include your full name, email and postal address within your return and remember to pay the correct postage costs. Any returns sent with the incorrect postage will not reach us and therefore your refund will not be completed.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
*Returns are not accepted for custom-made jewels. Due to hygiene reasons our earrings are also non-refundable.
